Welcome and thank you for participating!
You are invited to complete this survey as part of the Climate & Health Educational Community Handbook project. Your participation will help us better understand community knowledge, attitudes, and needs related to climate change and its impact on health before the handbook is finalized.
The purpose of this survey is to:
- Understand current community knowledge about climate change and health.
- Identify priority health concerns related to climate change.
- Learn what information and resources community members need.
- Ensure the handbook reflects local experiences and practical solutions.
- Guide the development of
educational materials that are accessible, useful, and relevant.
There are no right or wrong answers. We encourage you to answer each question honestly based on your own experiences and opinions.
Your responses will help ensure that the handbook is practical, culturally relevant, and responsive to the needs of communities across the Caribbean.
Participation is completely voluntary. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for research, program planning, and educational purposes. The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
