Who is CABS Health Network?
CABS is a community-based health and wellness organization serving New York’s most vulnerable residents. We provide care management, home care, nutrition, home remediation services, and connections to vital health and social services, particularly in low-income housing communities.
Objective of the Survey
This survey is designed in collaboration with Tenant Association Presidents across New York City's low-income housing developments. The goal is to understand the building demographics and assess the social and healthcare needs of residents. We encourage all Tenant Association leaders to complete this brief survey to help us better support your community.
