Financial Vulnerability Survey in Trinidad & Tobago # 3

The Trinidad & Tobago Pilot Study seeks to understand how climate change affects the health, well-being, and resilience of individuals, households, and communities in Trinidad & Tobago. The survey explores community knowledge and perceptions of climate change, preparedness for climate-related events, access to essential resources such as food, water, housing, and healthcare, and strategies used to adapt to climate-related challenges.

This survey seeks to better understand the financial challenges and resilience of individuals and households in Trinidad & Tobago. We are interested in learning about your experiences with income, employment, savings, insurance, access to financial services, and your ability to prepare for and recover from unexpected events such as natural disasters, economic hardship, or other financial shocks.

The information you provide will help researchers, policymakers, and community leaders identify areas where additional support, education, and resources are needed. The findings will also contribute to the development of practical tools and community resources that strengthen household financial resilience and improve long-term financial well-being.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and the survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. Your responses are anonymous and confidential. You will not be asked to provide your name, and all information will be used solely for research and educational purposes.

There are no right or wrong answers. We simply ask that you answer each question as honestly as possible based on your own experiences.
